Maintains day-to-day responsibility for all iTeam business management and client service delivery quality control operations. Specializations in IT Governance, Regulatory Compliance and Business Continuity Planning.

Scot Braunzell
Partner & CSO/CTO
He has over 25 years of intensive, hands-on technical experience managing enterprise-class IT environments and global network infrastructure deployments. He is a master-level technician with a diversified knowledge base across all modern IT operational platforms, with a concentration in advanced cyber security and investigative computer forensics. He is a member of the FBI’s InfraGard program and an expert in Cybersecurity.

Thomas Jennette
Manager – Administrative Services
Over 20 years of professional experience with direct responsibility for the execution of all iTeam managed service delivery monthly administration procedures as well as oversight and delivery of senior help desk support services for iTeam’s client base. He also has primary responsibility for ongoing internal iTeam research, development and testing for all new 3rd Party IT vendor service and support platforms.

Wayne Cullen
Manager – Help Desk Services
Over 15 years of professional experience managing iTeam client daily help desk and onsite support services. He has extensive hands-on professional experience with management, coordination and oversight of all iTeam local IT field support operations and technical proficiency with all 3rd party IT support platforms in use across our client base. He is also responsible for coordination and oversight of all daily iTeam client support ticket response, prioritization, escalation and resolution functions.
